Interpreting Your Qi Energy Healing Results
Hooray! Your body was able to release some trapped emotions!
Here’s a quick guide for how to interpret the results I sent you.
***EXAMPLE***
Q. Is there a trapped emotion causing your back pain?
Released UNSUPPORTED
Released UNWORTHY, from age 7
Released ABANDONMENT, from age 5
For each issue or goal that I focused on during your session, I’ll share a numbered list of trapped emotions which were identified and released related to that issue/goal. For some of them, there may be an age associated, which you can interpret as being within +/- 1 year of the age listed.
Each number represents an instance from your life where an emotion was trapped in your body. Typically, emotions get trapped because we were not able to process or deal with those emotions when they originally arose (more about that here).
Whatever your first thought is of “Hmm, I wonder if that emotion came up during that one time where xyz happened” is probably what caused it. However, you may not remember what caused the trapped emotion, and that’s totally ok too. We experience thousands of emotions over the course of our lifetime, and might not remember every single one. Either way, if it was trapped and identified in a session, that means it was ready to be acknowledged and released.
They’re numbered in the order that I was able to identify and then release them. Basically, during a session, I’ll ask if there are any trapped emotions related to the specific issue/goal, and then release them in the order they come up. I can only release one trapped emotion at a time, and aim to release between 5-10 emotions per session.
Using the example above, the first trapped emotion that came up related to the issue of back pain was the emotion “unsupported”, and it was ready to be released without further information. The second trapped emotion to come up was the emotion “unworthy,” and in this case I found that this instance needed to express more information before being released, so I found the age it at which it got trapped. Not all trapped emotions will need more information (like the age), and again, whatever your first thought is of what could’ve trapped it is the correct one.
Chances are, you’ve been working on your healing for quite some time now, and have a good idea about what caused your “emotional baggage.” Trust yourself, and no need to overthink this! :) What is important is that the emotion was released, and that release will help you restore balance in your body.
***FAQ***
Q: “If an emotion was released, does that mean I’ll never feel that emotion again?”
A: No, releasing an emotion doesn’t mean you’ll never experience it again. Using the example above, that person may feel “unsupported” at other times in their life. It’s only natural! However, releasing a trapped emotion means that you’ve released the energy of that specific instance of that emotion, which was trapped in your body. You’ll still have the memory of what happened, but it should no longer have as strong of an emotional “charge” in your body when you think about it.
Q: “Will the trapped emotion that got released come back?”
A: Once that particular trapped emotion is released, it is gone forever. There’s nothing you need to do to “keep it from coming back.” You may still have the memory of what happened, but it should no longer have as strong of an emotional “charge” in your body when you think about it.
